London Cartilage Clinic is an international specialist centre for cartilage regeneration, repair and joint preservation, based on Harley Street in the heart of London’s renowned medical district. Founded by Professor Paul Lee, the centre brings together clinical practice, regenerative science, medical engineering and education. Our work spans image-guided orthobiologics, collagen scaffolds, autologous cell therapies, minimally invasive cartilage repair and complex joint-preservation surgery. We have a particular interest in combination therapies, bringing together complementary biological components to create a more favourable environment for repair and regeneration. Recognised as an ICRS Teaching Centre of Excellence, the clinic is a hub for clinical education, scientific exchange and the translation of regenerative principles into practice. Its work reflects the wider IAMRegen movement: advancing regenerative orthopaedics through collaboration, shared standards and real-world clinical application.
