Membership & fees

Membership is how you say it.

I AM Regen is a declaration you earn. Join an international programme of clinicians, scientists and engineers — take your place in the room, become eligible to take part in the consensus, and build your standing in the future of the field.

Why belong
Membership is more than a subscription. It's an annually renewing professional membership — your place in the room, your eligibility to take part in the consensus, and your standing in a field that's only just beginning.
What membership gives you

Why this is worth being in.

The fee

What it costs to belong.

Member perk · Patient resources

A patient library — under the I AM Regen brand.

Members get branded, evidence-based patient information they can hand out or link — so patients understand their regenerative options in plain language, and you never have to reinvent the leaflet.

Injectables
PRP
What platelet-rich plasma is, what the evidence shows, and what a course of treatment involves.
Cell-based
SVF
Stromal vascular fraction explained — how it is prepared, where it helps, and what to expect.
Cell-based
Stem cell therapy
A plain-language guide to stem-cell approaches in musculoskeletal care — and their honest limits.
Deciding
How to choose a regen therapy
A patient-friendly framework for weighing options, evidence and expectations before treatment.

The library grows over time. All materials are I AM Regen-branded and written for patients, not clinicians.

Fellowship

Fellow is an honour — not a tier you buy.

Senior consultants and senior academics may apply and be invited to become a Fellow. It recognises standing in the field and the honour is not purchasable. Fellows are full members and remain eligible for consensus collaborator recognition.

€150/year
In return, a Fellow may
Give lectures at the Congress
Run seminars and workshops
Host & lead the Case MDT panel
Access to teaching, book-chapter and Centre of Excellence pathways
Remain a full member, eligible for consensus collaborator recognition
Fellowship-led · open to members

You're not meant to do this alone.

The hardest part of practising regenerative medicine can be isolation — the feeling that colleagues think you 'do weird stuff'. The I AM Regen Case MDT is a structured space to discuss real cases with peers and seniors. Fellows host the panel; members bring the cases. Good practice spreads, and clinicians get braver — together.

Before you treat
Prospective discussion
Sense-check indication, patient selection and plan with the panel before you proceed.
After you treat
Retrospective discussion
Review outcomes and complications openly, so the whole group learns from real practice.
Two ways to bring a case
1
Submit a case
Submit securely through the members’ portal — never by ordinary email. The standard pathway does not accept patient-identifiable information.
2
Book a live discussion
Reserve a time to talk it through with fellows and peers in a scheduled MDT session.
2 / year
Members
Two case discussions included in your annual membership.
2 / year
Fellows
Two included — and fellows host and chair the panel.
€500
Non-members
Welcome to bring a case, charged per case discussed.
Every discussion may end with a non-binding collective professional opinion and written summary. Any Science Board check confirms only that the process was followed and that the summary faithfully records the discussion — the submitting clinician remains responsible for every decision.
How to join

Three steps to become a member.

01
Apply with a statement
Answer one question — "Why do you want to join IAMRegen?" — in 500 words / 2,500 characters maximum.
02
Review
Your statement is reviewed and either accepted or declined.
03
Pay → Member
Accepted applicants pay the annual fee and become a member. Congress registration is included, subject to capacity and event rules, and you become eligible to take part in the consensus process. Congress attendance is optional and is not a condition of membership.
The consensus

Take part in the consensus.

The consensus runs as a two-round anonymous online Delphi process, ratified in person at Congress. Completing both rounds and attending qualifies you for collaborator recognition — authorship is separate and contribution-based under the applicable IAMRegen and journal criteria.

STEP 1
Topic & protocol
A steering group selects a topic and publishes the protocol — scope, panel, scoring scale, thresholds and conflict controls — before participation begins.
STEP 2
Round 1 online
Participants rate statements anonymously online and propose edits. Results are aggregated.
STEP 3
Round 2 at Congress
Round 2 runs online, then results are ratified in person at Congress. Completing both rounds and attending qualifies you as a collaborator.
STEP 4
Collaborator, not author
Collaborator status does not by itself confer authorship. Authorship is contribution-based under the applicable IAMRegen and journal criteria.
In person only

"You have to be there" is a stronger identity than any paywall.

IAMRegen’s Congress is an in-person meeting that happens within the group, in the room — there is no online attendance, livestream or recorded version. Membership application and payment can be completed online. If you can make it, join us; if you can't this year, plan ahead and join us next year.

What happens at the I AM Regen Congress?

The programme brings together keynotes, the consensus (Delphi) ratification session, the poster competition with live voting, hands-on masterclasses, and the Members & Fellows ceremony — a full day of musculoskeletal regeneration science and practice.

See the full programme
Are masterclasses included?

The hands-on injection-technique masterclasses run only at the Congress and are for Members and Fellows, booked as add-ons. On completion you receive an “I AM Regen Trained” certificate of attendance or completion for that technique — a record of training, not a certification of clinical competence.

About the masterclasses
Can I present a poster or abstract?

Yes. Members and Fellows may submit a structured abstract for the poster competition. Accepted posters are displayed at the Torino 2027 Congress, scored by live voting, and the ten highest-ranked abstracts are invited to submit a full article to IAMRegen’s official publishing partner (ORTST). Submission does not guarantee acceptance.

Which past congresses has I AM Regen held?

The continuing MSK Regen–IAMRegen meeting series was held in London (2023), Antalya, Türkiye (2024), London (2025) and at Hacettepe University in Ankara (2026), and comes to the Accademia di Medicina in Torino for 2027 — the first meeting under the IAMRegen name.
