Publication candidate — pending trustee adoption. This document is a complete operating proposal, not yet effective policy. It takes effect only when adopted by recorded resolution of the MSK REGEN trustees. It is not legal advice, regulatory accreditation, or a substitute for local clinical, research, employment or institutional governance.
How to complain
Complaints may be sent to [email protected] with enough detail to identify the issue. A complaint about a specific person is handled by someone independent of that person.
Service standards
IAMRegen aims to acknowledge complaints promptly and to respond within a published timeframe, keeping the complainant informed where a matter takes longer to resolve.
Fair process, sanctions and appeal
Decisions are made fairly on the evidence, with proportionate outcomes. A complainant or a person subject to a decision may seek review on defined grounds — including material procedural error, conflict, factual error, relevant new evidence or a disproportionate outcome — considered by an independent, unconflicted reviewer or panel.
This process does not remove anyone’s statutory or regulatory rights.
